Lo- You are such a big boy! I can't believe how much you have changed, and fast you grow. You will ALWAYS be my baby boy- until forever!
I am so proud of you and thankful to call you son. I am so blessed to have your smile each morning, and your sweet voice to make all sorts of funny sounds! I am so thankful for you, and I love you,until forever.--Mommy

Haiti's Children

I was informed today that there are 350,000 children that are currently in orphanages in Haiti. There are approximately 300,000 more children on the streets because they have nowhere to go.
This breaks my heart to think of these beautiful children over there in this dilapidated country. My mind cannot wrap around the idea of drinking water being a luxury or a privilege. We are so blessed beyond measure here, and can take the most simple things for granted that others would kill for.

Lord, Help me to see through your eyes Father. So that I may never forget that there is not one person I have ever or will ever lock eyes with that doesn't matter to You. Allow my feet and hands to be Yours. I thank You for ALL You have done- and for the unmerited favor You continuously pour into our lives. May grace and mercy flow through us into the lives of others. Break our hearts for what breaks Yours, Lord. I lift the children of Haiti up to You- to be their Healer,Refuge, Father, Friend, and Savior so that they will be so rich in Your love that they will not lack anything. I pray that they drink from Your fountain, the fountain that never dries up. Thank you Lord, In Jesus Name, Amen!

back 2 work

I started back to work this month and it has been a wonderful blessing, but I miss my boy SO much! I am just thankful to have the opportunities that have been provided to me, to us. I MISS you LO! & love you to the moon and back.

Lord, ,Thank you for Logan. Thank you for the immeasurable beauty that you have so graciously imparted into him. Thank you for his health, and may we never take that for granted for every new morning we rise is such a gift! Thank you for choosing me to be his mother- In Jesus Name, Amen.

On November 16th 2009, at 3:15pm my entire life would be changed forever.
Logan Pierce was born into this world weighing 6lbs 7oz measuring @ 20 inches long! He was only a "little peanut".
I'll never forget the overwhelming joy that consumed my heart the moment we locked eyes.
This little boy, Logan , was entrusted to me to love, nurture, teach and train. I am so blessed! What an honor, to be his mother.
This perfect little miracle that I had come to know for 9 months prior to delivery- was nothing less than that, perfect.
