WARNING: Under Construction

I joke sometimes; about being under construction.

I'm joking, but there's a lot of truth to that statement. As a mother, as a woman whose heart is devoted to the Lord; I am currently under His construction. I lay down my desires, my motives, my intentions, my plans, even my dreams; at His feet so that I am completely at His mercy. Which is exactly where I want to be.

I'm not perfect, but praise God I don't have to be.

If you think you can't be used for HIS purpose, for HIS glory, THINK AGAIN! To be used by and for Him and His purpose does not mean you have to be the "most qualified" or most "righteous". Jesus doesn't use the most qualified people, but oftentimes the least qualified. So, stop believing a lie from the pit of hell: that you can't be used for God, and His purposes! You can be, and you will be.

Not one trial, not one circumstance, or any heartache is ever wasted. He will use every ounce of it, for His glory.
We're all under construction: It's your decision, to be under HIS construction or not? Leave "it", whatever it is, at His feet. He's calling you by name, to His beautiful feet. Thankfully, it's by GRACE we were saved while we were still yet sinners. Jesus paid the ultimate price, so we don't have to live without grace.

tomatos

I make homemade salsa every week, and looooove tomatos. I can't wait to use our "homegrown" tomatos once they're ripe! If, Logan doesn't pick them first.
Every day we go out to water the plant, and his little fingers just can't resist the temptation to pick them. I will let him have the honor of picking, once they're ready. Sometimes, it's the little things.

mothers day weekend 2011

I love that one year ago we did Parent Child Dedication at our church.
What a reminder on Mothers Day weekend, of the commitment I made one year ago.

I will partner with the House, to raise my son to grow into the young man God has designed him to be. Thankful, for Fellowship Church today. Grateful, for all the friends, and families that have partnered with us,also.

Spent a wonderful morning at church, with family and a great afternoon with Grammy.
